Every Saturday at The Station Master’s House we have a free Lego™ Club for children of all ages. Starting at 10.30am for an hour, children are encouraged to construct something following a chosen theme such as Spacecraft or Nautical.
Lego™ is a great past time for kids. It inspires imagination and creativity and can also help improve fine motor skills. Far from being just about building blocks, participating in a Lego™ build has numerous positives; it’s calming, helps improve concentration and focus but above all is perfect for some family fun. Lego’s popularity extends far beyond childhood and it’s great to see children and parents working together during our Saturday Club.
You are welcome whether you are a novice and new to this hobby or an ardent Lego™ fan. We have several huge tubs of Lego™ so come along and get creative!
