We are holding Birkdale Community Hub & Library’s Annual General Meeting on 23rd March 7:00 prompt at the S&B Sports Club on Trafalgar Road Birkdale.
In order to attend you will need to be either
– a regular volunteer at the Station Master’s House or elsewhere
– a member of the 200+ Club
– a Friend of the SMH contributor
Being a member means that you help to choose the new Trustees and gives you an
opportunity to hear about the charity’s activities over the past year, including our
finances, and to ask questions of the Trustees.
Our constitution does not permit proxy voting, so if you’re eligible please come along to the AGM on
23rd March and have your say. We invite you to stay on after the formal AGM to
make an evening of it, taking the chance to meet the Trustees and have a chat about
how you would like the charity to move forward.
