Then join a free, enjoyable and informative map reading course at the library on Tuesday 10th March at 2pm.
We will have a selection of OS maps for you to use but if you have one of the local area, please bring it with you. Also, if possible, please bring a compass preferably with a large plastic base plate c/w 1:50 and 1:25 scale on it.What you need to do in advance:
- Download free from the Ordnance Survey website the explanatory leaflet entitled “Map Reading – from beginners to advanced map readers.”
